Yes, I bought 2 different brands and they were both scams. How do they continue to do business and not be shut down? One send me a face cloth and the other sent me sunglasses. I got ripped off with a cast iron frying pan too. They sent me a cheap aluminium fry pan. They firstly offered a partial refund which I declined. I had to send it back to get my full refund which I did but they claimed they never received it so I was ripped off.
