i'm having the same issue. now the company has a US address but they ( company AND paypal) are making me send it to their China address. That's going to cost me $70 and they do not guarantee tracking when it reaches china. Paypal has offered to help pay shipping up to $30. I shouldn't be out at minimum $40 (after shipping refund) when they didn't send me the doll I ordered. How is there no recourse for this? Looks like you can't really trust paypal anymore this scam stuff is everywhere and they do not stop letting sites use them when scam reports come up. They do not support the customer. I say stick with Amazon at least they support their customers!
