i accept that, but any link you have provided, gives me no link to actually speak, whether live or not, to a paypal employee.   it is like they do not even work there anymore. all you get is a stupid auto response bot, which knows nothing.   for 2 months nearly i have been trying to get hold of somebody, through email, but have not received a reply that is not an automated one as of yet. phone lines are closed, live chat is closed.   honestly, i do not know the reason behind this, every other finincial institution in the world is still open. ...
