eBay first, but as the seller rejected it they said the case was closed, hence why I’m trying to use the buyer protection element on PayPal but they couldn’t care less either it would seem. I’ve done that but the seller was able to close it and eBay are now not interested. I’ve sent them and PayPal photos of all the error messages on the screen of the laptop but they all just say ‘nothing we can do to get involved. I followed all instructions after buying a faulty laptop and returned it as requested but am now being Tod I cannot have a refund. I want to get hold of PayPal UK to start legal proceedings but nobody will give me their contact details. Can anyone provide them please? ... View more
