So basically I wanted to buy something from someone and did it through the paypal where I get protection. Turns out the person said that the money would be on "hold" for 21 days since he was a new seller. He told me to send it through "friends and family" and so I did and now I am not hearing back from this person and just wanted to know if there was any way I can get my money back at all?
