I Purchased 3 items back in September 2019. I received 2, contacted the seller and was told they will send me the missing one, I waited for 2 months and nothing!! then opened a dispute, The paypal staff told me to send the item back and gave me 7 days to provide the tracking info. I did that, but had no refund, no I am trying to get my money back and all the reply I get is: you did not provide the details, hence I emailed the tracking info as well as uploading them in Resolution center. Please help
