I intend to send some money to a friend. I do so out via Paypal. As I understand the process my friend gets and email saying that I sent some money. Then what ?? 1. How does he get the $$ 2. Is there a charge he undertakes ?? 3. How long between the time I send the $$ before he has it in his hands ??
