Hi, I keep trying to close my account following all the steps and I keep getting this message " Sorry, there's a problem. If you keep seeing this, please contact customer service" I have done that and it takes me to the help center that only tells me where to go to close my account what I have already done. I'm very frustrated and feel I'm running in circles. Please help.
