I am facing same problem from this online shop, even my friends. I had made a payment as a paypal guest on 30 Jan 2020 while the seller, NinthAvenue, still not dispatch anything to me. When I emailed them to update the shipment, they only replied me that they had dispatched the products but cannot provide the tracking no. to me. I had emailed them to cancel the order & get refund, but no reply. I am going to create dispute in Paypal but don't know how to do that for the Paypal guest transaction.
