My paypal account was used without my knowledge and I just received the transaction notice through my email that a large sum of money was used through my paypal. I file a dispute saying it was unauthorised but paypal just closed the dispute saying they don't see unusual activitiy. I dont know any other way to report it to paypal as I cannot reopen the case. It is clearly not my spending and paypal just let this one go! Can anyone help me?!
