Hello, I have other account since 2015 , but I have never added a cellphone to it, until some months, the thing is, that for security issues I need to change my password, well I tried it, but then I can't log in my account, I use the code to verify my email, but then asks for a message in my phone, and well I don't have that phone any longer and I can't get it back, I have tried contacting Paypal email support, but nothing, and I can prove that the account is mine, but not with the cellphone, there's any way to get that account back?
