Hi all, I recently made a purchase through Paypal and almost immediately found out that the company was a scam company. I got on to Paypal to cancel the payment but it already went through. I then went to the resolution centre and reported the incident. The response I got from Paypal was that as the purchase was authorised then that was the end of the matter. As of today I still havent recieved any product from my purchase nor do I expect any, it was a scam, and when I go into the resolution centre again it comes up as case closed The problem I have now is that I am trying to contact Paypal to report that I havent received the product. I also dont know why Paypal are allowing these scam companies to use Paypal as a way of taking money from peoples accounts and then closing their cases with no further resolution. Has this happened anyone else? How do I report that I havent received my product if my case has already been closed? Any Ideas. Thanks
