These Chinese Scam websites are having a field day, aided and abetted by PayPal. I filed a dispute about one such company, provided photos, documentation, copies of email correspondence w/ said Chinese ‘company’ (read Scam Ring), and followed PayPal’s Resolution Center instructions meticulously. This included their suggestion I return the terrible merchandise, which I did the next day at a further cost to me of over $33. The same day (9 December) I uploaded photos of the package being mailed at USPS, and inputted my USPS tracking number as directed. I tracked the package all through the Christmas holidays all the way to customs in China. Then out of the blue, on 24 Dec, I receive an email from PP saying my dispute was being closed because I hadn’t provided a tracking number. Excuse me!? It was right there on the Resolution Center page where I had uploaded it!! Then, PP mysteriously removed all of it, so there was no way I could log in and access the Resolution information that had been going in for months, to prove I had done it. They erased all evidence of every step I had taken. Gone! Disappeared! Canceling my PP account! NOW! When I tried to phone to explain I was put on hold for over 45 minutes. Then pushed the button for a call back but of course never received a call back. After 3 attempts at this I gave up. Appalling Custer Service, PP! You should be ashamed
