Extremely disappointing customer service. They flagged a transaction that I did not make, locked my account, and then offered a contact, compliance-apac's email if I need help or have any questions. I was contacted by someone called Gielyn but after trying to contact them since October, I gave up. My account remains locked. F*** Paypal and any companies forcing transaction through them. They were awesome years ago but in these recent times, they have really fallen from grace.
