Today I needed my full account number for my PayPal Credit so I could enter the info in online banking to make payments. It is nowhere! So I had to call customer service. They have my cell number and my landline number. They wouldn't text me a code so I could get the information because MY NUMBER ISN'T IN SOME DATABASE THEY USE even though I am calling on that number and it is listed on my account!!! My landline is in the database but can't be used because my phone is VOIP. They wouldn't send me an email and my email is also on my account. So they are mailing me a code within 7-10 days and I get to call again! Absolute most frustrating experience ever...I have never met been able to get an account number for an account that is mine. Has anyone else experienced this?
