I received an email said I need to create a new password. I tapped the link inside the email and I got a message: Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you. I am in China, it cost me a lot to contact Japan phone service, but they can’t even give me any useful word! Is there anyone in the community knows how to solve it? I have a JCB credit card linked to the account. I hope to solve the account problem instead of reporting loss of the card.
