I recently lost my phone which is registered on my Paypal account. Every time I try to log in it wants the number sent to that phone. I contacted Customer service last week who supposedly reset my account, to no avail. I was then informed that they had a problem and to wait 48 hours before trying to log in which I did. The problem still exists and now when I try to call Customer service I'm informed there is a 9 hour wait! What can I do?
