I bought something from a seller online. Learned later it's a scam (BBB rating F - no idea why PayPal does business with them). Seller wouldn't let me cancel. Never received product. Filed dispute with PayPal and won. Received refund. Thought everything was over until I just received a shipping update from the seller (6 weeks after dispute). I obviously don't want product and I don't want this guy trying to get paid from my account. Do I need to close my PayPal account to protect myself? How do I block a seller???
