I just checked and discovered that the $60.99 surprise transaction was in fact from a subscription to the Basic (3 camera) plan with Wansview Cloud. I hadn’t realised it was an automatically renewing annual subscription, “$5.83/month”, so the payment was a bit of a shock. Subscribers should be notified in advance of any upcoming automatic annual payments so that we can reassess.
