Hi. I ordered something from eBay and for what ever reason the item wasn’t able to be sent. so I got a email from PayPal saying I got paid but the thing is when I went to my bank I didn’t see any payment received. And when I went to my PayPal app I also didn’t se any payment received. I have no idea how PayPal works. Please help ... View more

Hi.
