I purchased a smartwatch from a Facebook advertiser just before Christmas from a company callled gogo, the smartwatch had inbuilt earbuds and I paid for express shipping so in total it come to short than $45, when it arrived a month later it wasn't what I ordered it was a cheap tacky thing that dint work and two crap earbuds that only fitted the left ear and dint charge, I have been exchangein emails with them and they refused to send me a full refund and only offered $5 then $7 then $11 refund to which I said no, I was willing to send it back but they said it would cost to much to send and if it got lost I wouldn't get any refunds, and took me 2 weeks to get an address tto which when I looked it up was in what I can see a housing estate, I informed them. That I was going to speak to paypal and I submitted a complaint, and they got scared and said if I stopped it I would get aa full refun... Yes they lied to me so I reopened the case and they said it again this time I dint close it this time and now I ant heard nothing from them or PayPal what do i do?
