I ordered some items that were never delivered, the seller sent me a tracking number that didn't work, now paypal closes my dispute claiming the item were delivered yet they wont provide me with a valid tracking number that says the were and no refund. They are trying to avoid sending a refund or why wont they provide a valid tracking number that says the items were delivered.
