I placed an order with this company Dec 15th over 200 euros for Christmas presents. I have not received any of the items i have ordered. I have just opened a dispute with paypal but from what i am reading this isn't seeming too positive. Has anyone got a refund? What is the point in opening a dispute with paypal if there is no resolution?? Please advise Orla
