Why, when you give us a number supposedly for "Business Manager Support" do we have to wait 45+ minutes for someone to answer? It is mid morning 11:40am EST and there should be an ample number of call center employees available to answer within an acceptable wait time! Maybe NLT 5 minutes. This is insulting!!
