Dear All, I am trying to buy some items from ebay using my visa credit card, i am from Egypt in Africa. i reached step 2 "Payment" , however, i am faced with the following error message: "The credit card number you have entered cannot be verified. Only credit cards from approved countries may be used on PayPal." I need a clarification and help to solve this issue.
