Longlong1 you live in a fantasy world... That the point just is that sending item back for me with tracking cheapest is 65€ to get 49€back To location that is as much a scam as the rest.Paypal doesn't give a sh"$t . Proved that item was fake , showed mailing back adress was fake , called paypall twice . And all they want is to send back(for more then it is worth )to get money back. Paypall knows this but refuse to do anything 73people with same problem but there paypal account stays active . Proves paypal the biggest fraud of them all.There biggest case is buyers protection ...have you been reading this forum you know how well you get protected if you would

Try ed the phone solution but these idiots keep saying need to send item back(at own cost) to fake place for full refund . They won't listen to fact that item was ship from Luxembourg to Belgium and now need return to fake place in china . They tell me even if they don't accept shipment i get money back ,but again don't listen if you tell them that sending to china costs 65€ for refund of 49€. Paypal in my opinion is the biggest scam claiming safe online paying but you have no protection from them at all. Even after you proof it's scam to send back they just don't care and play along with scammer Was just wondering if they end up blocking scammers account are funds on there then paypal's profit??Then can understand they keep them going for so long..

All i can say is that i lost my money paypall sided with scammer Best bet is to start a claim with paypall just to be able to communicate with them .They kind of bid up up to 60%money back without sending item back. There you should talk your loss and settle cause not agreeing and hoping paypall will have you back is a fantasy .Will make you send item back to china adres that according to several sources is as fake as there items ,for full refund .So pay again to hope you get money back ...(yes can claim for refund for return cost at paypall up to 30dollar...nice if return costs more then double).So my advice claims partial reimbursement and accept losses no matter how cruel it is Paypall has taken that option away from me to

Shipping was 14 days (that was there fast shipping 3-5days) I only bought digger thinking it was metal but all i got was plastic child toy that wouldn't dig sand if it ever worked(it never did) Was to good to be true ,been looking further and the one they showed in pictures and movies costs 500€...

I sadly ordered from these scammers .And never got my shipping info but order came in... Kind of wish it never did. Was not what they promoted ,broken in box that was hold together with tape. Don't know what you ordered hope for you it wasn't there rc crap

I have to send back to china while item was send from Luxembourg is 65€ instead of 9€to send Luxembourg but nobody cares.(for item that cost 49€) Just copy past standard line to return just reading over the real problem Seems all you get is like you say repeat off PayPal's policies. I think your best chance is to file claim with bank you have card from.Now in that process myself Good luck

Ok but what i have troubles with is i have to return it to china at 65€ while it was send from Luxembourg is 9€ to send back to . That what i mean with not caring.If they fair they see this is just another level of there scam where paypal becomes part of.No there not the scammer but they know how to use paypal to there profit. And another thing why don't they first put there side in before closing any other offer and leaving you with worst option left.If i known this was what paypal would help i accepted my losses and taken the 60% back but paypall just takes that option away from you.

I order full metal crane with 23channel transmitter on jh mall .When i get it it's plastic toy with 3channel transmitter that broken completely in box that hold together with tape. Obvious i been scammed... So start dispute via paypal with seller there is get up bid from 20%payback to 60% payback with no sending back item every time with claim if i want full refund i have to send "back" to china at own cost.While item was send from Luxembourg - Belgium. I don't think i should pay 40% of fake item that came in broken pieces. So start claim with paypal thinking thy will easily agree with me.But all they do is copy paste sellers demand of send back to China for full refund but i have to pay to send back. This is BS if i send this to china it costs me 65€ to send back to get 49€ back. Is this what paypals buyers protection looks like.. If i knew paypal wouldn't care i would have taken 60% refund but trusting paypal to be fair made me lose that option too Sad day when paypal is part of the scam....
