I called customer service, and the wait was over an hour. When I finally reached someone, she became frustrated and was unprofessional. She then said, “Let me find someone else to explain it to you” (in a sarcastic and demeaning tone) and has now left me on hold for over thirty minutes. Holy crap, PayPal.
