Help I'm confused. where is my $1.95 two days ago I needed to transfer money more than $500 and in order to do this I needed to verify my social security number or verify through credit card. I wanted to lift my limit so I clicked on the checkbox for verify my credit card. Two days later I got this on my credit card statement CHECKCARD 4776PAYPAL *EXPUS 4029357733 ME ON 06/11/2010 -$1.95 but before entering the numbers in the box to verify I verifed my social security first but now verifying credit card page is gone. I can't never verify my credit card and is that mean I don't get my refund of $1.95? If I don't get this refunded. I would say that's a very smart way to confuse customer and steal the money.
