I had $492 deducted on 1/15/2020 via Wal-Mart. I Immediately called and submitted a claim. The claim was denied. I attempted to appeal by calling customer service 3 times, and got nowhere. Reached out to Wal Mart and also got nowhere. I was able to finally get some one to re open by claim but contacting them via Facebook. I wrote a public post on their profile and sent a private message. Within three days my case was looked at and they reached out to ask additional questions, I was refunded the full amount. It is worth a try. If you have twitter you can also try and reach out that way. Super annoying that you have to result to social media to get customer service. I got my money back and will be closing my PayPal account.
