I accept payment through Paypal on my website and also from Invoices I send through Paypal. I have had in two instances where someone sent money I am assuming through the 'Send Money' tab. They assumed (incorrectly) the cost of the item and the amount of shipping for that amount of order. I have changed my business profile setting on the Payment Receiving Preferences page to Block payments from users that Initiate payments from the Pay Anyone subtab of the Send Money tab. Is this the only place I need to change settings? I've already spent an hour correcting their ball-sy move of ordering something I don't have in stock for a lower price than I have listed and for a smaller amount of shipping than I charge. Would rather spend my time doing other work. Thanks in advance.
