I filed a claim against Banggood for a cnc router/Laser engraver i bought. They have been really unfair with helping me. They have offer very little in a refund that would not even help me fix it. now in the claim they offered a full refund when i ship it back. They are in china and it would cost me almost the same price as the item i bought and that I would have to pay the shipping. How is that fair. I receive something that half of it is broken and i cant use and now they want me to ship it back. I am losing all my money either way. i have been absolutely fair with my request starting with asking for a replacement part, which they rejected. i asked for $100 which is actually less then the price deference for just a laser engraver and would be enough for me to fix it on my own. Shipping it back is not reasonable. What should I do??? Face the fact that i payed way too much for something i cant use to its fullest? i went to my claim and they just want me to upload tracking info. no way to dispute this option.
