I'm having the same issue, although I don't have 100% positive feedback [had some issues over a year ago and a few misunderstandings that led to neutrals] my feedback is very very good, just not perfect. PayPal and eBay seem to require more and more control of their users day by day and it's causing me to rethink where and how I do business online. Get a grip, PayPal, if you need to hold funds, hold the NON-SHIPPING funds and let us ship our !#$% packages.
