Simple - shop around - there are numerous transaction processing services to choose from. For example, maybe you have an online presence so using PayPal's Payment Standard's Shopping cart makes sense but, you also sell in person or have a brick and mortar shop - there's no reason not to use another transaction processing service if have support and better processing rates. Talk to your a local bank, some have good deals and support, there's also services such as Square or Intuit (QuickBooks) and many more. Bottom line, by not depending on one service for everything is sometimes a safer bet.

Withdraw times vary depending on you bank's processing and posting schedules - times can range from 1 day or as many as 5 days. (Two to three days are probably the average.)

The change back to a Personal Account is not something you can do yourself - you need to contact (phone if possible) customer service for help as they can reverse things back to a Personal.

Look at the transaction for it's status, if you see "pending", it's possible your funds are under review at this point and have not been released - as we don't have any details about your account, "verified", "unverified", new, has any open disputes or claims or any other issues, it's just a guess as to the reason. PayPal can hold funds anywhere from a day or two up to 21 days.
