Hello, When a payment request is sent to PayPal. It is up to the merchant to provide either the delivery address to PayPal and/or to make the delivery address filling mandatory to complete the transaction. Hello @AlexKorznyakov,   If your integration works using checkout.js library without using the iframe button, you are not in breach with PayPal policy and you can perfectly use your own button design.   However, this iframe button is has been designed to work in your own benefit.  Indeed, using this Iframe button help customers to get used to an unified "feel" when they go an pay with PayPal and this may help your customer conversion rate toward PayPal.   I hope my answer was helpful.   Regards ... Hello,   When you try to log in to pay using your buyer account, does the URL of PayPal website starts with www.sandbox.paypal.com ? - If it does, it means that your website is indeed configured to use sandbox and I therefore invite you to try and create a new buyer account to check if the issue does not come from your current buyer account (you can do it using https://developer.paypal.com in the Sandbox -> accounts section) - If it does not, it means that your website uses PayPal live environment and therefore you will not be able to test using sandbox account credential (you will then need to find the "TEST mode" or "Sandbox mode" in your back-office and enable it).   If the issue persist, I would suggest that you try to uninstall and re-install PayPal module on your Prestashop back-office to avoid any Potential configuration issue.   However, if the issue persist and you can't configure your PayPal module on your back-office. Hello,   As you have the same issue of one of the fellow member of this forum, I will put the same recommendation below, don't hesitate to reply if those did not solve your issue :   This error is normally linked to a variable that has one of the following causes :  - Wrong format/ strange characters (blackslashes, magic quote for example) - Problem with the length of variable sent (each variable has a specific maximum length and it is important to stay under this limit) - Decimal separator issue (you have to use the dot "." to indicates decimal value and not a comma). - It is recommanded also to send the variables using the POST method and not directly appending the variables on the URL for the redirection (this could lead to issue due to URL escape and/or interpretation of your return/cancel/notify url parameters). - When sending a language and/or country, be careful to send a value accepted by PayPal . -- For the country variable : https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/country_codes/ -- For the lc variable (localecode) : https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/locale_codes/   All the information about variable limitation can be found here : https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/paypal-payments-standard/integration-gui...   The issue here seems to be linked to your integration as a simple button does not provoke the issue on sandbox when I tested. Hi,   This error can come from different scenario. This error means that the API user used on the request does not have enough permission to do a refund.    This error can for example be triggered when :  - The API caller that made the Refund request is a different one than the one who did the original capture. - If you use a third party permission system, you may have not granted the permission to refund to the API caller on the PayPal account Third party permission list.   I invite you to check those configuration to see if the issue came from here. ...
