Customers not receiving email confirmations thru P...

Many of my Customers complain they are not receiving the email confirmations after placing an order. They say it is not in their spam folder either. (email address on order is correct) Are they sometimes not sent? Do some email servers (like Gmail) block them?   Is anyone else experiencing this? ... View more

Seriously??   I just happened to try buying something on one of my systems using Explorer 8 and got a message saying I had to upgrade the Browser to complete checkout. How many other Browsers anr incompatible?   I would think a company that exists to process payments would be more backwards compatible?? ... View more

I chose to use paypal because it was easy and convenient. I've processeed millions of dollars through their system.   It's not that I'm asking for some additional feature. Many things that used to work no longer do. I can't help thinking some of them are just broken. If I'm wrong I would like someone to officially confirm the changes were made on purpose.   Another example...   can't search activity with a partial name - this used to work fine with the classic interface. It has been this way for some time now.   It just seems like PayPal is ignoring all these complaints, not bothering to explain (or fix) whatever has changed.   That's not a good way to do business and at some point PayPal may outgrow its usefulness.  ...
