Seems like a printer setting to be honest. They just present the info on the page and do not install special printer software they own or anything like that. Maybe give them a call? I'm sure their shipping department has taken a call or two from folks experiencing an issue like that. While it's not exactly a PayPal problem they may be aware of how to fix it anyway. ... Closing the account isn't strictly necessary but won't hurt. As long as your financials are off the account you should be fine. The only forseeable problem you *might* run into is their security system may recognize an account had the financials on it, had them removed, and added to a new account with a different name.
