You have a tracking number on the parcel. The buyer says he has not received it. Does the shipper's website show the parcel as being delivered? If not, he is in the right. If he files a PP complaint, he will be refunded and PP will come after you for the momey. In addition, particularly with eBay, you will have to deal with poor feedback, trashed DSRs,and a violation/defect on your selling account. If the site shows the item as delivered, start by politely asking your customer to check with family members and neighbours, who may have accepted the parcel for you and forgotten to mention it. Also in the BBQ on the front porch or other hiding places. You'd be amazed. Then he should go to his Post Office and ask if it is there. If it shows delivered and none of these turn up the parcel, he should speak to the Postmaster about a possible mail theft. Leaving an unattended parcel is not something a good postal worker should do. On your part, if he starts an Item Not Delivered dispute, all you need to do is give the Delivery Confirmation number. If you have it, the delivery date will help. The Dispute adds up to 20 days to the normal delivery/dispute period of 45 days. BTW, since English is not your first language, it may help to write out your problem in your mother tongue and then use Google Translate or Babelfish, to convert it to English. Be careful of spelling.
