First...save all your emails. Contact customer service and report this immediately. They will want you to send them the emails so they can see off they can track down the culprit. Had same thing happen but didn't ship anything fortunately. Sorry you got scammed its a real bummer people have to be that way, ruins it for us all. If the buyer leaves feedback before the 21 days the funds will be released sooner. If they don't leave feedback after 21 days the funds will be released to you. If you are not a regular/frequent seller they do this just to protect both parties. Hope this helps 🙂 ... View more

I would wait a couple more days especially since today is a holiday. If seller is paid and it shows that money was transferred I'm would guess your bank just has not claimed the funds yet. Hope this helps 🙂 ... View more

Easiest way to find out is to call PayPal Customer Service.  They can tell you if there is a pending transfer or if it did not go through.   My advice would be to set up your backup payment method as your bank account.  This way you can make purchases and then it will debit that amount from your account.  This will eliminate the waiting time for transfers.   And yes, it can take up to 3 or 4 business days for a transfer.  Kinda crazy I know, but I have had them take this long in the past.   Hope this is of some help to you  🙂 ... This whole situation sounds fishy to me.  Call Paypal and ask them what is up.  Also they will have you send emails to them so they can verify if they are spoofs or not.  This is probably your best option, and I would not do anything with the bike until you find out.  Hope this is of some help. ... It kind of depends on how you paid.  If you had the amount available in your PayPal balance it should be instantaneous.  If you used your bank account or credit card it can take three to four business days to show up.  If you have not heard within 5 business days I would call PayPal customer service to see what is up.  Hope this helps ... nodnarb416,        I would contact PayPal customer service immediately if you have not done so already.  They should be able to look up your transaction, and will have info on the other person from their PayPal account.  They can then either get a hold of the seller that you paid through PayPal, or they may be able to help you recover your money sooner.        Since it has been two weeks you have given the seller ample time to rectify this issue.  Now it is time to get your money back!!  Talk with Customer service and just let them know what happened, you may be pleasantly surprised about how quickly some of these issues can be resolved.        If the seller does not want to end up with a negative balance in his or her account from PayPal taking the money from them to refund you they will respond.   I hope this is of some help.  🙂 Good luck with everything   Draeger_Vinyl ... DarkKV,           I had this same issue when I opened my account, and it turned out to be a mistake on my part.  I had forgotten that I opened an account four years prior to my current one.        As it doesn't sound like this is the case for you, I would call PayPal customer service and ask them what is going on.  If you give them your card info and whatever else they need they should be able to find what account it is associated with if any.         I would think that if your card was fraudulently linked with another PayPal account you would have received some charges that you do not recognize on your statements by now.  If it is in fact fraud PayPal will investigate, and will help you sort everything out.        Chances are it is just an error that can be fixed over the phone with the help of a representative.
