Have you made any further progress ??  Ive had three loans and have always paid them off quickly and normally with a larger final amount. I too have the DLGJ0255 code and have rung Paypal twice.  First time I was told to keep trying and last time was told that I was just over the 12100 threshold and to keep trying.  My sales are up, my amount per sale are up considerably and I have great feedback on Ebay so nothing major that I can think of that would prevent me from getting another loan as no refunds etc. Am tempted to ring them again but just would really like an answer that would tell me if Im wasting my time applying ! Nope for me sadly After phoning Paypal and them telling me that another £500 would bump my sales way over the 12100 required I worked my butt off all over Christmas and since and have never sold so many high items - not made a single difference.  Still turned down every day !!   ... View more

Evening I have a different error code at bottom of my rejection but when I phoned Paypal they told me they didnt know either !! I've had 3 loans over last two years never with any issues but this last one has been turn down constantly.  I phoned Paypal who said i was very close to getting accepted and I needed to just keep trying but I have increased sales a lot over last few weeks and still nothing. I'm not sure whether the computer system would be able to look that deeply but having said that I had never noticed the personal use loan terms - my account sounds like yours, I have money coming in and out for all sorts of things so would be interested if anyone could help you with this. Morning all, Just to let you know I rang Paypal and have been informed my figures are over the minimum but sadly my honesty with overpayments on postage have been knocking the systems algorithum back - Ive had a run of customers buy multiple items and pay without waiting for me to do combined postage invoice and this has made the difference !!  If id kept their money i might have incurred bad feedback but would have had the loan ! I know that it is totally up to PayPal who they decide to approve for loans but I wish there was some way you could know what improves your chances. I phoned customer services who went through my account and could give no reasons as to why number 4 loan had been refused - this has been months now but I still keep trying!! ... View more
