Hi DiegoRares - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community! Just to make sure I understand, you're wanting your customers to be able to use PayPal Credit when they make purchases on your site, right? If so, then there actually isn't anything you should need to do! In most cases accounts are already set up to accept PayPal Credit payments without you needing to take any action. At that point, it's really up to the if the buyer has been approved for PayPal Credit or not. 🙂 Hope that helps clear things up! - Andy

Hi Kcurry - Welcome to the Forums! Happy to address your question, albeit a bit late. For that I do apologize. There actually isn't the option to direct deposit to the PayPal business debit card. That card is designed to either use your PayPal balance to fund payments, or a back-up option you pre-select. So you can't direct deposit. However, the PayPal prepaid debit card does have a bank account associated with it, and would allow this type of activity. Just something to look into, if that's what you were most interested in. 🙂 Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist with! - Andy

Hi dirving - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community! I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble with this purchase. I'm with sumiko, as I'm not quite sure why PayPal would be calling you for payment. However we should probably focus on trying to get you a refund, huh? 🙂 Have you filed a non-receipt dispute on this payment? If not, I would suggest doing that - you can find the instructions for that here. The reason you'll want to file that dispute is because the seller would be unable to provide tracking showing the item was delivered to you. In that case, it's very likely that you'll win! Or, in a better case scenario, they'll see the case and realize they need to issue you a refund. Either way, a dispute is the way to go. I hope that helps! Hi Jtjazzy - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community! I can certainly understand where this situation would be concerning, and I do apologize for that. Bank transfers are fully automated processes that can't be stopped once a payment has been initiated. So even with you reporting that it's an unauthorized payment, the request for a payment is still made pretty much right away. And that's not something we have the ability to stop, once it's started. I am happy to hear that you've filed a dispute on the payment though. In that case, what will happen is - once the case is found in your favor - the money from your bank will be deposited into your PayPal account. From there you can withdraw it back to your bank, once your PayPal account has been secured again. But I can totally understand where this could cause difficulty, and we appreciate the feedback! - Andy

Hi diagmy - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community! I've moved your post to our About Settings board, as I think it may have a bit more visibility there. 🙂 Now, to answer your question, regrettably this isn't currently an option. PayPal works with most major credit card branded cards, such as a Visa, Discover, MasterCard, etc. Gift cards generally won't work, unless they're also branded with one of those logos, and are able to complete the same verification process that a standard credit card would need to pass to be added to our site. So an Amazon gift card probably isn't going to work any time soon. 😞 Hope that helps! - Andy

Hi GracePa - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community! DPCreations is correct, transferring money from your bank to cover your negative balance is generally the best way to fix this type of issue. And while this may be sorted out by now, to answer your other question - in the event someone else has the same question - PayPal charges no fees for having a negative balance. So that isn't something you would ever need to worry about! That being said, if you have a negative balance for long enough it is possible that it could go to collections. So the quicker it's resolved, the better! 🙂 If you should have any other questions or concerns, don't hesitate to let us know here! - Andy

Hi Shadayjj - Welcome to the Forums! Happy to try and address your questions here! We don't really have a lot of details on the card when it arrives, so I'd be unable to tell you for sure that it's activated when it arrives or not. I'm going to guess that you would need to go on the site to activate it or call a number, just as a standard safety step - we wouldn't want an already active and working card sent through the mail, now would we? 🙂 As far as cancelling, you can do that at any time. If you do so before the next monthly fee is due, then that should stop any future fees from being assessed. But there would be no additional fee for activating the permanent card. And the biggest difference between the temporary card and the permanent one - besides your name being on it - is that the permanent card allows for instant transfers to the card. The temporary card requires 2-3 business days for a PayPal balance to be sent to the card, for you to then use for purchases. The permanent card allows a more instant version, so you can send the money over and use it pretty much right away! Finally, no, you would not need a bank account to use the permanent card. You would need to load the card though, be it through a PayPal balance or via one of our in store options. More information on that can be found on the site. Hope that helps! Hi soaks - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community for assistance! I can absolutely understand where this would be a difficult situation, and I'm sorry that you and your family are having to deal with this. 😞 Most likely what's happening is that there's a billing agreement with this merchant that's allowing additional charges to go through, without needing to log into any PayPal account. Here are the instructions on how to cancel any billing agreements that may exist within your account. And if you haven't yet, here are the instructions on how to file an unauthorized dispute on these payments. Hopefully everything will be able to get sorted out quickly. Hi huggy212 - Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community for assistance! I'm sorry that you're having trouble withdrawing to your card. However, I believe I see the problem here. Generally international customers would only be able to withdraw to Visa cards, where a card withdrawal is an option. So if this is a MasterCard, that's why you're not seeing it as an option and we keep prompting you to add a bank. I couldn't speak to anyone else's situation as far as withdrawing, but that's most likely why you're having trouble. Hope that helps! - Andy

Hi pwdiesel - Welcome to the Community! I'm sorry to hear of such a difficult situation that brings you here. 😞 I can fully understand where this would be frustrating. The problem you've run into is that bank transfers are fully automated processes that we can't stop once they're initiated. So even if you file a dispute that a payment is unauthorized, or even if it's refunded by the merchant right away, we're still going to try and collect that money from your bank because the request to your bank goes out at the same time the payment is made. If the case is found in your favor, or in the event a refund is issued, the money would be deposited in your PayPal balance once it clears from your bank - typically in 3-5 business days. I totally understand where this could cause a problem, but due to the way that bank transfers are processed, we really have no options to stop that type of thing from our end.
