@Avatar2   If the seller is a registered business and has sold an item misdescribed then they are responsible for your return postage costs.   As per the user agreement paypal the buyer is responsible in sending the item back at their own expense BUT you can initiate the ''return shipping on us'' link and paypal will contribute up to £15 per transaction for x amount of transactions IF they find in your favour in the event of a dispute. ... Hi there i had the same situation , ebay give me the runn arround , then filed wth Paypalthought they had a better reasoning , but claimn my  was denied , as tracking shows left at me door porche , despite a police report and US postal service claim , and an IC3 filling online , they knew that the item was left at the door porche , and afer asking me for all document , they denied it telling me that item was delivered to your door porche, never dealt with such stupidity in my life , they jerked me arround , ironicaly Ebay was about to resolve it , but as i choose to file with Paypal, Ebay closed the case, So i decided to close my Paypal , and will not pay for that package worth $557 dollars and let Paypal sue me , Its like you talking to a wall , careless , and stupid policy, never use Paypal again  Somy advice to you , deal with ebay , dont bother with paypal , they not there to help you  Good Luck ...
