Actually, let's not let it go at that. Olivia, you said this is a "known issue." How long as it been known? It's been affecting me for four months now. What is the expected time to resolve it? On page one you insisted that the issue was fixed when it actually wasn't. It took me posting SCREENSHOTS OF YOUR SITE FAILING to get you to admit otherwise. So can I look forward to more assertions that the problem is fixed when it demonstrably isn't? What's the actual nature of the problem? Whose fault is it? It's worth noting that in the entire sordid history of this issue not one person from PayPal has ever expressed anything even remotely approaching an apology for the inconvenience. In lieu of that, I'd accept a promise from you, Olivia, personally, that you will stop asserting blithely that everything is fine until I can print just ONE UPS label successfully. How about that? I mean, I'm assuming that you're a real human being, and not just the face of Skynet.
