Hi everyone,

I don't know about the flat rate, and weight cost some of you were talking about,

I do know, that I've never been able to figure out why my Parcel Post packages were always so high shipping it online, when It was cheaper at the Post office.

I think I go my answer, and everyone needs to pass this info, tweet it , whatever, but last night I had purchased and printed a paypal shipping label, only to have to add to the box, so I had to take it in and adjust the cost difference.

Well,

after adding weight, he still could not charge me, and pointed out that my 7 lb. box, (and usually less weight) was using a "rate of 20 lbs and over" ???

looking  at my paypal USPS, I didn't see a place to change it when I go home, and so I called Paypal.

He said that is not something PayPal controls, and no way to change it.

I told the guy, "So, everyone that used PayPal and the USPS shipping serivce is getting totally RIPPED OFF! ?

He told me he would let me know any outcome, but I really hope we are all not getting ripped off.

If so,

It's not going to be easy to claim "buyer protection and get all my overpaid postage back with either on~~ PayPal, ebay or the Post office ~~ ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A SELLER..........RIGHT?!

WE ARE NOT CUSTOMERS~~~~~~~~~~~~~WE'RE IDIOTS WHO LET PEOPLE CONTROL OUR MONEY,

I'D SAY 90 OF CUSTOMERS WHO FILE "DISPUTES" DO IT NOT BECAUSE IT'S LEGIT.....THEY DO IT BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE "BUYER PROTECTION" POLICY, AND THEY TELL THIER FRIENDS AND THEIR FRIENDS HAVE TOLD THEIR FRIENDS, AND MEANWHILE, WE'RE GETTING DISPUTES, BAD FEEDBACK, OFF THE WALL CLAIMS!!

JUST CURIOUS, HOW MANY OF YOU GET DISCONNECTED WHEN EBAY OR PAYPAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS TRY TO TRANSFER THE CALL TO SOMEONE ELSE, AND OOOOPPPPSSSS!! ????   OF COURSE, i KNOW THEIR GAME, AND IT'S INTENTIONAL, AND IF IT ISN'T, IT'S A LOT OF DISCONNECTS AND HOW AM i TO TRUST SOMEONE WHO DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO TRANSFER CALLS, LET ALONE, HAVE CONTROL OF MY MONEY???

PLEASE SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT USPS SHIPPING RATE PRE-SET WITH THE POST OFFICE FOR 20 LBS + AND WE ARE GETTING ROYALLY RIPPED OFF !!

IF YOUR NOT SURE BY LOOKING AT YOUR PRINTED SHIPPING LABEL , TAKE IT IN AND ASK THE CLERK AT THE POST OFFICE.

IF THE SHIPPING AGENT "SPECIALIST" I SPOKE TO YESTERDAY THRU PAYPAL GETS BACK TO ME, ON ANYTHING AT  ALL, I WILL BE SURE TO PASS INFO, BUT DON'T HOLD YOUR BREATH.............

THANKS FOR LISTENING,  AND LETS GET THESE SHIPPING CONCERNS  STRAIGHT!!

BYE FOR NOW.....

Well here is another BS ploy to rip off their customers. I place an ad thru EBAY and sell my item., I pay ebay, then the customer pays for the item and shipping thru pay pal. Pay pal then charges you for the entire item + the shipping! If you try to pass the additional fees on to the buyer they will cancael your Ebay account. Ebay can tell what is a sold item and what is shipping. Why cant Pay pal???? Tell me that there isnt a class action suit here somewhere. If your trying to make a buck or maybe even start a business it really turns into alot of money if your selling some expensive items that weigh alot or alot of smaller items. A true businessman would never deal with this highway robbery. Let me know if they ever get ahold of you. I have been doing alot with Craigslist and not one complaint Hmmmmm

so your only getting ripped off for the expensive shipping? im assuming so, because i always only sell small items in envelopes or small boxes using USPS First-class shipping, and the shipping fees have always turned out to be accurate. i pay under $3.00 (well actually the buyer pays it. i use their money that they pay me for the shipping fee) for shipping each time. do you not have your buyers pay you for their items' shipping fees??

April, Lets say you sell an item on Ebay, lets say a stamp. this item you sell for 1 dollar to make the numbers round. ebay charges you a percentage of the dollar. i believe it is 9 cents. Lets also say it costs you 40 cents to ship it keep in mind i am only keeping this in round numbers. so the total transaction is $1.40. now ebay took their 9% of the dollar leaving the your total income at 91 cents. then here comes the kicker........ Paypal ie (Ebay) charges you 2.7% + 30 cents for the small item your selling. which is 32.7 cents + 9 cents which is 41.7 cents they charge you for this transaction. not if you charge the customer the additional money that paypal takes from you then you are in violation and will have your Ebay account closed. This was told to me directly from Paypal. I had a lot of sports cards to go to cleveland and the cost for shipping the item was about 600 dollars think about the money I need to pay them I lost about 20 dollars in shipping alone. I could not pass this loss onto my customer. Too bad for me. I hope this helps.
