What does "Payment in Process" mean?

I got two payments today from ebay buyers and both say that the payment is complete but they also say that the payment is "in process"

Can anyone explain to me what that is?

Does anyone know? Okay maybe if I am more specific.

Does it mean that the payment is still coming? I mean it says complete and processing at the same time.

Is it a charge back or is it pending?

I really don't get it.

Where are you seeing the "processing" status? Is this in your eBay account or your PayPal account?

I get the same mesage. PLEASE just a simple answer. What does payment pending mean? Have the funds been transfered and are they in my acount OR NOT? If no why not? You need to make this SELF EXPLANITOTY for users

not have them waste their time in chat rooms finding answers.
