I am trying to pay for an item I won on E-bay and the system stops working at the CONTINUE button. I called Paypal on Friday and the rep told me the system was having trouble and would be up and running in about an hour. Now its 24 hours later and still nothing. Does anyone know when it will be fixed? I know it's not my computer because I just tried it on another computer and the same thing happened.
