Alright, so after several months of not being active on Paypal, I come back to see I have a payment hold on my account. I've had this once before because of a false virtual item claim. When I had this before, it eventually went away after a very long time. But how long does it actually take to go away? It's aggravating considering I cannot even spend my own money.
