Payment Holds/Pending for items already paid for and shipped...what the heck is the holdup? I

please tell me how to get my money? buyer paid, seller shipped...back in October... yet Payment is STILL pending...what gives. He got his Item, now I want paid simple as that. PayPal verified him so...and think I'm actually paying for this

I have had a payment to me as seller "pending" since October 24. I don't know what to do. Could the buyer have disputed the payment with his bank?

I receive reached out to the seller but haven't heard, so don't know if this is a buyer or PayPal issue. Is there a living human being to talk to?

PayPal will release the funds after 21 days, or... after the buyer leaves positive feedback or 3 days after PayPal can confirm delivery of the item.

The policy is called the eBay Item Hold policy... it was announced in January, 2008 and implemented in April, 2008. Go here...
