I sold a item on ebay. When the person got it he said that it looked like the package was ripped open and was empty >.> (It was a bubble mailer). Paypal decided to reimburse the buyer and refunded him full because there was nothing to return... I think that he was lieing. Now I have a negative balance and my account is limited. I can't pay with my credit card on the account. If I add another card could I pay the amount? I have another limited paypal account with enough to bring my paypal account back to zero will they let me do this?
