So I have an old account that use to be used for my Ebay. Started up a new account years ago but recently started selling again. Didn't change my email on my Ebay so ALL my payments from my few sales went to the old account. I've tried to access my old account but when I click on forgot password forgot and suppose to have something sent to my email it's not sending anything to my email! Checked spam mail and all the no-brainer stuff AND I'm at work and can't use my cell for calling verification....what's the email problem???

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
