How do I purchase a shipping label?

I sold an item on ebay and it says that my available balance is the amount the buyer paid me. However when I call paypal customer service it says by balance it 0.00. How do I pay for the shipping label so I can send the item? Can I just take the address to the post office and send it from there?

  I would like to know the same thing. That, and are these ebay and paypal shipping labels printed from your computer? Do you have to have special paper, or is it regular printer paper that you tape to the box?

  I am having major problems with paypal not releasing my funds and they say that if you buy one of their shipping labels they have all the tracking information they need and will release them sooner. I have an international order that I need to ship, but I won't be able to because I can't get the money the customer paid me for shipping, and I can't afford to pay $45 dollars to ship it myself. Not to mention the post office told me they don't have tracking numbers for international shipments. So I will have to wait the full 21 days, and it's just not fair.
